Shipping policy

Opulent Bath & Body currently ships orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. All packages are shipped via USPS.

Important Shipping Information

1. Address Accuracy
Please double and triple check that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including any unit or apartment numbers. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will be reshipped only after additional shipping fees have been paid.

2. Lost or Damaged Packages
All packages are insured for loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with filing a claim.

Please note: packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not covered.

3. Shipping Delays
Once an order has been handed off to USPS, Opulent Bath & Body is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. However, we will make every reasonable effort to assist in resolving delivery issues.
