We are currently shipping items within 1-2 business days. All items are sent via USPS.

A few very important things to note:

​

1) All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. In the event an incorrect shipping address is provided, once the item has been returned to Opulent Bath & Body, it will only be reshipped once the shipping has been paid in full by the customer again.

2) Please DOUBLE and TRIPLE check you have provided the correct address. Please make sure to include your UNIT # or APARTMENT # if you have one. The leading cause of items being returned/lost is due to an insufficient/wrong address.

3) Opulent Bath & Body is not responsible for any delays once the packages have been handed off to the USPS, but will make every effort to assist in resolving the delay.

We are unable to accept returns because of the personal nature of the items sold. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it!

We use a large variety of different ingredients in our products. At some point, one ingredient may have been in contact with another ingredient. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that it’s possible they may have been in contact with one of our products. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Please contact us if you have more questions.

It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. All products are for external use only. Opulent Bath & Body is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that result from the use/misuse of our products.

Due to the handmade nature of all of the items presented, we cannot guarantee that all items will have the same appearance. However, they should be close in nature to the one you have ordered.

We source all of our ingredients from reputable, cruelty free, clean, and ethical distributors.
